The Longview Chamber of Commerce was a big winner at the annual Texas Festivals and Events Association Conference held in Corpus Christi July 7-10.
The Alleyfest event brought home four first place awards in the categories of Best Billboard, Best Single Newspaper Ad, Best Miscellaneous Printed Materials and Best Hat.
The East Texas Boat RV and Camping Expo was recognized with the following awards: First place – Best Event Invitation; Best Ad Series; Best Magazine Display Ad; Best Miscellaneous Printed Materials; Best Newspaper Inert and Best Program. The event also won two 2
